Ingredients

  • Chocolate Crust

  • ⅓ cup almond flour

  • ¼ cup cocoa powder

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp melted butter

  • ⅓ cup pumpkin purée

  • ⅓ cup cream cheese, softened

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin spice

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • ½ cup protein powder

  • Topping

  • Melted sugar-free chocolate

Instructions

In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and melted butter until a crumbly crust forms.

Press the crust mixture firmly into muffin cups or silicone molds.

In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin purée, cream cheese, pumpkin spice, maple syrup, and protein powder until smooth.

Spread the pumpkin filling evenly over the crust layer.

Drizzle with melted chocolate.

Refrigerate until set (about 2 hours).
