Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts

  • 1 packet taco seasoning

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt

  • 4 oz cream cheese

  • ½ cup bone broth

  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Mexican blend, or your choice)

  • 2 (4-oz) cans diced green chilies

  • Extra shredded cheese (for topping)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Season chicken breasts with taco seasoning and place them in a greased baking dish.

In a blender, combine cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, bone broth, and shredded cheese. Blend until smooth and creamy.
